The annual Halloween themed ride to the Pirate House in Newport Beach.

Due to distance, we do a rare Remote Start from the Schooner or Later south parking lot, but maintain the customary 9am start.

Route:
39 mi, 526 ft, LB Marina to Bunnyhenge and the Pirate House - Ride Leader : Mario 
 
We will also do a short midride Treat Stop on Balboa Island at Dad's Donuts or Sugar and Spice for frozen bananas (or your favorite ice cream treat)

After ride food/drink at Chronic Tacos, just north of the Schooner or Later parking lot

The Tuesday ride varies by design. If you want novelty, this is your ride. Routes vary between ~35-55 miles, 1000-3000 feet of climbing, typically in the middle third of the distance range (41-49 miles). If we go to an eating place, expect a "digestion pace" on the return.

We often go to places that would otherwise be too crowded on a weekend (eg, Hollywood Sign, Inspiration Point, Porto's, etc). We are usually done by 1-2pm, and a coffee or meal stop is customary (usually at the end; sometimes that's the destination).
