59 mi, 3,273 ft, Bundy Trail Exploring - Gravel - Ride Leader : Bob Kellogg

Starting at Manhattan Beach Pier, we take a leisurely ride up Bundy.  At the top, we see if we can get around the fence and continue on the trail up the canyon.  There's a good chance we won't be able to.  Either way, we then head up to Mt Saint Mary's College and onto a trail leading up to a locked gate at the appropriately named Mountaingate community.  Then we head down the hill towards Sepulveda.  We may or may not be able to get through.  If not, we get to climb back up, then descend the way we came.  Next, we get to the other side of the 405 and head up the Getty View Trail. We rode most of these trails back in December and they are all very rideable, suitable for a strong beginner.  Bring your gravel or mountain bike and a good attitude and let's ride!
