Description:  This L3 (16 MPH  to 20+ MPH) ride starts at the base of the Manhattan Beach Pier by the Life Guard station, and then heads north up to the Imperial. It goes through westchester parkway, turning north at te fire station, and eventually goes to a sidewalk trail to a bluff top entry point between houses - aka the Magic Portal. It descends down the blufftop into Playa Vista for coffee and food at Whole Foods. There is a small 1/4 section of hard packed dirt before reaching Bluff Creek road.
