51 mi, 3300 ft, Sullivan Ridge, Hollyhock, Mandeville - Ride Leader : Bob Kellogg

This week, more fun in the Santa Monica Mountains.  We go up Sullivan Ridge, across Mullholland to Canyonback, then down Hollyhock and up Water and Power to get onto Mandeville Fire Road, which will be our main descent.

This route will be challenging for beginners.  In particular, the descent down Hollyhock and the climb up Water and Power feature some steep segments.  A gravel bike is recommended over a mountain bike due to the road riding between the South Bay and Santa Monica. You can make the ride shorter by starting in Santa Monica.
