Ride with GPS map: Thursday Ballona Creek

Description: This L3+ ride starts at the head of the Manhattan Beach Pier by the Life Guard station, and then heads north up to the Marina del Rey Bridge. The group then heads east on the Ballona Creek Bike Path. Expect a sprint to break out at some point terminating at the Centinela Ave turnaround point. Regroup at the Playa Del Rey Lagoon bathrooms.

The group then does a loop around Westchester Parkway (North side of LAX Airport) with possible sprints in both directions. Regroup at the intersection of Pershing and Westchester Parkway.

We then head south at a leisurely pace for post ride refreshments at a Pier Ave Plaza cafe.
