Weather Notice:   This ride has been pushed back from Thursday due to heavy rains forecast from Monday to Wednesday.

Starting from MB Pier at 8:30, we head up the coast to Amalfi and Sullivan Ridge.  We'll take Mulholland across to a new road/trail (Santa Maria Rd) and eventually connect with Summit to Summit at the top of Topanga.  We'll take that most of the way to Old Topanga, but drop down a new singletrack to Mullholland Hwy.  Then it's back across Mulholland to the Nike Station, down Mandeville Fire Rd and home.  The difficulty of the new trails is unknown but the singletrack is probably at least intermediate level.  A gravel or mountain bike will work just fine.  You can start in Santa Monica if you want to cut out some of the road portion.
