Weather Notice:   If we get heavy rain in the days leading up to Thursday, or if any rain is predicted on Thursday, the ride will be cancelled.  I will send an email by Wednesday evening if it is cancelled.

Starting at Capt Kidds, we take a leisurely ride up Bundy.  At the top, we see if we can get around the fence and continue on the trail up the canyon.  There's a good chance we won't be able to.  Either way, we then head up to Mt Saint Mary's College and onto a trail leading up to a locked gate at the appropriately named Mountaingate community.  Then we head down the hill towards Sepulveda.  We may or may not be able to get through.  If not, we get to climb back up, then descend the way we came.  Next, we get to the other side of the 405 and head up the Getty View Trail.  This is very much a recon ride and who knows what we'll run into.  Bring your gravel or mountain bike and a good attitude and let's ride!
